Recurrent RUQ pain 6 months, dyspepsia; no fever/jaundice. Known HTN.
Afebrile; RUQ tenderness, Murphy positive; no peritonitis.
Allergy: NKDA

- • USG: multiple GB calculi, wall 3 mm
- • LFT normal
- • Histopathology: chronic cholecystitis
Course in hospital
- • 20-09: admitted, pre-anaesthesia workup
- • 22-09: laparoscopic cholecystectomy under GA — uneventful; OT notes ref OT/25-26/441
- • 23-09: ambulated, drain removed, afebrile
Condition at discharge: Stable, afebrile, wound healthy, tolerating diet
