Condition: Stable, afebrile; no new wheals/sneezing spells for 48 hrs; sleep unbroken.
Course in hospital
Constitutional remedy: NATRUM MURIATICUM 200C single dose day 1 (observed 48 hrs for aggravation), then Q (LM) 5 drops BD from day 3 — potency taper from centesimal to LM planned at review.
Supportive care: Euphrasia complex tablets throughout; warm-water steam inhalation BD; saline nasal rinse OD.
